Digital Conference 2.0
Now, the empowering conference is going digital for another 2 days of vital knowledge, new connections and virtual camaraderie. In May, Black Girls In Media established the first digital conference, similarly, encourage and support young women who are dealing with transformative, challenging times in their careers during the crisis. The conference served over 300 women. Speakers included, FORBES contributor Pauleanna Reid, comedian PrettyVee, marketing specialist Audria Richmond and many others.
During this difficult shift in the world, black women are fighting harder than usual to simply be protected. This conference serves as a friendly reminder to the women unsure of their place in the industry, that there is an opportunity for them. The featuring guests of trailblazers in the black media industry, show just that.
Black Girls In Media Digital Conference 2.0 will feature specially moderated, interactive panels and networking sessions to execute long-lasting connections and to provide hope and support for entry-level media professionals who are actively searching for employment opportunities and career knowledge.
